Mr. Watson jumped straight into new construction in 2016. After his first completed build he decided to do new construction full time and has not looked back.

Mr. Blackwell has been doing real estate since 2005. He started as a wholesaler, then started rehabbing, stepped up to doing new construction in 2015, and a few years later obtained his GC License.

New Construction/ RE Development Class Small Group Workshop
Nervous about starting your first new construction project. You should be! It's a lot of work to do a project from begininning to end especially when you don't know what to look for. Our small group workshop allow us to focus on the skills and education you need to complete a successful project. We want to make sure that you are always profitable. Unfortunately on some of our projects we did take major losses. But what we lost in money you gain in experience. We want to help you avoid those pitfalls. Contact us for pricing and payment methods.
New Construction/ RE Development VIP Workshop
There's nothing wrong with wanting to be a little bit greedy. In our VIP workshop it will be just you and the Mentors focusing solely on you and what you need to succeed. We have a chauffeur that will pick you up from your location and bring you to the workshop and back to your location afterwards. Relax on the way and after the overload of great information you will be able to relax on the way back to your destination. Or read the Builder Curriculum book that you will receive at the Workshop.
In The Field
On day #1 of the Workshop you will be in a classroom setting going over a lot of information. We will show you tips on how to use different software systems, tax records, skip tracing, floor plans, talking with the city/county and so much more!
On Day #2 we will be out in the field. We will show you lots that we are currently looking at and what to look for and what you should stay away from. We will also take you to our current Builds and do walkthroughs of several projects. We believe this is such a beneficial part of the workshop.
